The Counting On star seems to be looking forward to the future of her family with her husband, Austin Forsyth. Currently, the pair shares Gideon, 3, and Evelyn, 7 months. Before conceiving Evelyn, the couple sadly lost a baby at 20 weeks gestation. Fortunately, everything went well in Joy-Anna’s pregnancy with Evelyn.

Because Joy-Anna and Austin started their family quickly after getting married in 2017, it wouldn’t surprise Duggar fans if they continued to expand their family. Fans assume that more kids are in their future.

In a YouTube video from Joy-Anna and Austin, they previously talked about their plans for their family. At the time, Austin said, “Yes, definitely. We want more kids.” Then, Joy-Anna echoed, “Of course we want more kids.”

Now, Joy-Anna is giving fans a little hint that she has baby fever already.

On her Instagram stories, Joy-Anna revealed that her daughter Evelyn is pretty mobile now. The little one is getting into trouble and crawling around now. She managed to get into a basket of diapers and diaper cream while she was crawling around.

Along with sharing a photo of her newest little troublemaker, the Duggar daughter writes, “She’s reached the age of getting into everything and it makes me sad. Not because of the mess, but because she’s somehow already old enough to crawl around and explore.” Since Joy-Anna is realizing how fast her baby girl is growing up, she might be thinking about growing her family soon. Seeing that Evelyn is mobile is making her miss the baby stage. So, it’s possible that Joy-Anna has baby fever again.

At this point, it’s unclear if Joy-Anna is pregnant. She and her husband Austin haven’t announced that they are expecting, but it could still be a secret at this point. There don’t seem to be many pregnancy rumors about Joy-Anna at the moment though. In the Duggar family, someone is seemingly always pregnant though. Right now, only Jessa Seewald has announced a pregnancy.

Regardless, it seems like Joy-Anna and Austin’s little family will be growing in the near future. For now, the pair are enjoying their two kids and getting to watch them grow up. Naturally, fans love all of the pictures that the couple is sharing along the way.
