The mother of two had said, “It’s cheesy, but I feel like Wonder Woman when I give birth. When you deliver, you feel like you’re a god. Like, ‘Oh my God, I made this.’ The best thing is to become a mother and to give life.”
Before And Beyond Gadot’s Career As Wonder Woman
Gadot debuted in Hollywood with the “Fast and Furious” franchise in 2009, before shooting to fame with her cameo as warrior Diana Prince in 2016’s“Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice”, followed by “Wonder Woman” the next year.
The highly-anticipated sequel “Wonder Woman 1984” came out in 2020 after many pandemic-induced postponements, and a third installment of the DC Comics franchise has also been announced. In December, Gadot excitedly and proudly spoke about how her family was incorporated into a special scene in “Wonder Woman 1984.”
“I have two daughters, both of them appeared. My oldest one appeared with Asa, [director] Patty [Jenkins]’s son, and then my youngest one, whom I was pregnant with during the reshoots for Wonder Woman, the first one, was there with my husband. To have them captured in the film with me, because they are a part of it, meant a lot, and it’s an amazing, amazing souvenir that we will forever cherish,” she told GoodDay DC.
