Kim Kardashian and Kanye West news reveals that speculation about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s marriage status is at an all time high and as a result there are rumors of a possible child custody battle.
Right now all of this speculation is pure conjecture. But if they do divorce Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might have the issue of custody of their four kids, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, to deal with. Who would have full custody and will they fight over child custody like another A-list pair, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt?
Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans are clued in that Kim and Kanye have had some recent turmoil. Kanye had a failed presidential bid and is now staying away from social media while Kim has not posted anything about Kanye.
It has been reported that the pair allegedly have been living separately for few months, with Kim in Los Angeles with her kids, and Kanye in Wyoming.
Now the New Zealand Herald reports an insider has informed them that Kim wants full custody of her kids and has hired a legendary divorce attorney. The insider says of the rapper and reality show star, “Neither of them wants to seem like the loser in this divorce, and they both will fight hard for their kids. Kim has made it clear she wants full custody, so if Kanye tries to fight her on that, the custody battle will be brutal.”
It is being reported that Kim and her mom Kris Jenner are “terrified” of losing control of the situation due to Kanye’s tendency to talk and act in an unpredictable manner. For instance he blurted out that he wanted Kim to abort their first born.
Is it possible he knows some things about the Kardashian family that could damage them and their brand if he spills the beans?
Celebrity divorce lawyer Rebecca Zung said, “For her (Kim) to try to prove that he (Kanye) shouldn’t have the children 50 percent of the time, she will likely have to ask that a custody evaluator be appointed.”
And at that point the situation would be out of everyone’s control.
