Not only do Daphne and Simon make a very attractive couple, but they are also two people who truly love one another and it shows. Fans are certainly going to miss seeing more of them in season two.

#2 Daphne Bridgerton And Simon Barrett Are Perfect For One Another

While there might be a lot of people who will definitely argue this statement here, others would say that Daphne and Simon are perfect together. They compliment one another so well that you can’t help but root for them with the hopes that they will stay together, for better or for worse.

#3 Will Daphne Bridgerton Continue To Reign Supreme?

Sure, Daphne might just be a duchess, but while in Hastings, she did try to show her support for the locals, even though it didn’t turn out in her favor. With that said though, if there’s anything we’ve learned about Daphne in season one, is that she’s a woman with a voice and she will use it, even if she’s often muted by her older brother. It’s without a doubt that fans would love to see her grow into her role as a Duchess, wife, and of course, new mother.

#4 Now That Simon Barrett, Duke Of Hastings Has A Heir, What’s Next?

The last episode of Bridgerton Season 1 revealed that Daphne gave birth to the heir that Simon never wanted. Now that they have a family, everyone can’t help but wonder: what’s next? Watch this space as we have a feeling that Simon and Daphne’s love story isn’t over yet. Or at least, it shouldn’t be over yet!
