As many fans can recall, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex opted not to give their son Archie a royal title after his birth back in May of 2019. That’s because Harry and Meghan wanted to allow their child to live a life as normal as possible and for him to decide on what path he wants to take when he’s older. It looks like Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank are thinking the same thing as they too have decided not to give their future child a title, even though Eugenie has one herself.
Speaking to Vanity Fair’s Kate Nicholl, a source said:
“Eugenie knows that a title can be a curse as well as a blessing. She and Jack want their child to live an ordinary life and eventually work to earn a living.”
What’s more, sources say there’s a good chance that Eugenie will give birth in the same hospital that Meghan gave birth outside of London. Archie was born in Portland Hospital, which happens to be the same hospital that both Princess Eugenie and her sister Princess Beatrice were born in as well. So far Eugenie has not made any comments about her pregnancy, however, she did state in her pregnancy announcement that she is due sometime at the beginning of 2021. We will update you with all of the latest details as they come in.
