Molly Sims took to her Instagram account to share a sweet family portrait from her son Brooks fifth birthday party.
In the shot, the model holds her youngest child, Grey, while husband, Scott Stuber holds their daughter Scralett. The birthday boy stands front and center wearing a cape and crown for his superhero party.

She recenlty revealed during a promotional interview how her life has changed since welcoming children.
“I have three kids under four-and-a-half,” says the 44 year old. “I literally went from storing cashmere sweaters and living out of a suitcase to planning birthday parties and soccer dates.”
