Gwyneth Paltrow updated her followers on Instagram, and shared a photo of herself and her ex-husband Chris Martin hanging out together, waiting for Apple and her 10 year old brother Moses to get off a ride. Gwyn jokingly captioned the photo, “When your parents can’t handle #thundermountain anymore so they wait for you at the bottom.#disneyland #thehappiestplaceonearth #birthdayweekend.”
Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin divorced in 2014, after the couple famously announced that they had “consciously uncoupled.” But, their split hasn’t seemed to have gotten in the way of them co-parenting Apple and Moses like pros. Seriously, if everyone took a page out of their play book, divorces would be SO much easier on children.
Despite the fact that her parents are no longer together, Apple’s 12th birthday weekend looked like a blast. She also had a super adorable birthday brunch with her friends, Gwyn also posted a photo of that on Instagram as well, which included Jay-Z and Beyonce’s daughter Blue Ivy! And, naturally being a birthday and all, she also posted an adorable throwback photo of little Apple 10 years ago.
