Happy Easter From Our Family!

Happy Easter!

We’re having a blast today! My 2½-year-old daughter, Ava, woke up to find a trail of chocolate Easter eggs all over the house from the ‘Easter Bunny”. At the end of each trail, the bunny left small toys for her. Ava also loved the big Easter basket in our kitchen where we left our eggs we had made on Friday.   

I was happy to see that, Ava, had the most fun picking up (or cleaning up) all the chocolate eggs off the ground. She had a ball placing them in her Easter basket she made at play school. That poor tiny basket looked liked it was ready to fall a part with all those eggs! 

I made her Easter basket myself. I bought her a couple of small toys instead of a whole bunch chocolates that she will not eat. I bought all the stuff at Walmart for a great price and all the toys were under $10. 

My hubby and I are not religious, but we spend the day together and ‘bond’ as a family. Right now, Ava is enjoying all the little toys she got from our relatives yesterday and the toys the Easter Bunny brought her. There’s nothing better than seeing my baby happy!
