Pokemon is a series that both boys and girls love! I’ve probably watched every season of Pokemon and like most kids my age I love chasing Pokemon around town with my parents. Pokemon is a series that both boys and girls love! I’ve probably watched every season of Pokemon and like most kids my age I love chasing Pokemon around town with my parents. So, I was excited to see that the creators of Pokemon partnered with Tomy toys to create the Petit Pals line of toys directed at girls. I came across Pokemon Petit Pals at Toys r Us in Canada. I noticed that Serena – who is a Pokémon Trainer, performer from Kalos and a companion of Ash – is the face of series. The red color of Pokemon has also been replaced with pink, and the toys themselves have been designed more cutesy.

Miniature toys are all the rage with kids at the moment. I love that Tomy added suction cups at the bottom of each toy. They stay in place during play and are easier to store, which keeps them safe from my mom’s vacuum!
