Here’s a cute, but simple recipe for Easter.
These delicious Easter Marshmallow pops are decorated with festive sprinkles and a purple chocolate layer over a soft marshmallow. The pops are perfect accompaniment on a table decorated with eggs and other Easter themed decorations. Children will be sure to love the pops on Easter Day.
6-8 Regular Marshmallows
½ C. Purple Wilton Candy Chips
6-8 Candy Sticks
Heat candy chips by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Insert stick in each marshmallow.
Dip and roll marshmallows into the melted chocolate covering the marshmallow completely. Use a spoon to cover the marshmallow if needed.
Lay on wax paper to set OR stand up in a small glass so that they are not touching. Every 2-3 marshmallows stop and sprinkle with Spring/Easter nonpareil candies.
Repeat the process with the other marshmallows and place them in the fridge a few minutes to set.
