Chad Lowe and his wife Kim welcomed their second child.
The actors rep revealed that Kim gave birth to a baby girl in in Los Angeles on Thursday (Nov. 15).
Last week, the Pretty Little Liars actor admitted he was trying to bank in extra sleeping hours before their newborn arrived.
“I’m trying to bank some sleeping hours which is a little tough,” the actor toldPeople during the premiere of Disney’s Sofia the First in Burbank, Ca on Saturday. “I have been out buying a lot of stuff to organize [everything] we have. It is amazing how much stuff babies need. It is incredible.”
