The pregnant actress who is about 5-months pregnant wore a long maxi dress under a jean jacket as she carried Charlotte. Charlotte looked adorable in pink top and skirt.

Earlier this month, Gellar posed with a boa constrictor while being honored with the Tom Mankiewicz Leadership Award at the Beastly Ball held at the Los Angeles Zoo.
