Bristol Palin Not Winning Parent Of The Years As Son Tripp Uses A Gay Slur

Awhile ago Bristol Palin decided that a reality show would be a great er- career boost. She and sister Willow headed off to sunny LA with her three year old son, Tripp, in tow.  Life’s a Tripp has been shredded by critic’s and reality TV fans alike and the latest clip coming from it won’t help matters any.

Tripp is caught on camera referring to his aunt Willow as a “f*ggot.”  Both sisters at first gasp and then burst into giggles.  Later Bristol says that she is “doing a terrible job disciplining Tripp… I know he’s going to continue to push the boundaries.”

It’s not the first jaw dropping incident to happen on this show.  Both Bristol and the Lifetime network were both recently hit with a lawsuit by Stephen Hanks, who got into a bar fight with the young fame seeker.  She allegedly accused Stephen  of being homosexual in a derogatory manner when he openly criticized her mother, politician Sarah Palin.

That would make two instances already on the show (which has dismal ratings, I might add) where sexuality is addressed in a negative way.  Bristol can’t even blame her son’s mouth on his fathers minimal influence, at least not after her own little tirade on Stephen!

I’m thinking she needs to keep her personal views to herself because having your three year old uttering gay slurs leaves a really bad impression on the kind of parent she must be.  Is Bristol setting a bad example for her son?    Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
