Brooklyn Decker wants to adopt a child with special needs

Brooklyn Decker’s not pregnant yet but the Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover model is definitely in planning mode. Decker told Canada’s Flare magazine that, in addition to having biological children with husband, Andy Roddick, she would like to adopt a child with special needs. And it seems Roddick isn’t the only star athlete in the family. Decker has an aunt who happens to be a Special Olympics athlete.

“I want to adopt a baby with an intellectual disability one day….I mean, that’s in the distant future, but that’s always been a goal of mine.”

You can forgive the 25-year-old for not being quite ready yet. She’s a constant fixture at Roddick’s tennis matches and has two big movies coming out this summer, What to Expect When You’re Expecting and Battleship.

How long do you give the couple? I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re hearing the pitter patter of little feet by next summer for sure!
