Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie & Kendall Jenner Barnes & NoblesPregnant Kourtney Kardashian joined her sisters, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner to promote the book Kardashian Konfidential at Barnes & Nobles,  Monday night. Kourtney posed for pictures and signed copies of the book at the Calabasas, Ca bookstore.

Kourtney was recently seen starting her Christmas shopping with boyfriend, Scott Disick and son Mason at Barney’s New York in Beverly Hills, Ca.
