How A Stay-At-Home Mom and Professional Blogger Saves Time

Free time basically went out the window after having my four-month-old daughter, Ava. Not only am I  a stay-at-home mom, but a professional blogger. I love my daughter, but I also have to have time do work.   Balancing being a stay-at-home mom and blogger was not easy, but I succeeded!

As much as I complain about breastfeeding, it was an absolute life saver. Yes, breastfeeding does require a lot of time, but it can also save time if you are mom that works from home.  When Ava was born the first thing she wanted to do when waking in the morning was eat which conflicted with my work schedule.  Just like a newspaper a blogger has to get her stories out first thing in the morning.   Breastfeeding allowed me to feed my daughter while doing my job.  I didn’t have to waste time cleaning bottles, preparing formula and then actually feeding my daughter the bottle. I was also able to enjoy the special bond of closeness while working.  What could be better?

A good phone can also help a stay-at-home working mom save time. As a mother, I cannot always be by my computer to check my email. I have to take care of my daughter, make dinner and keep the house clean. A good phone allows me to do my everyday duties and keep up-to-date with my blogging business.
