Amber Portwood Takes a Break From Rehab

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was seen taking a break from rehab. She grabbed a Starbucks coffee and played with a dog up for adoption.  Portwood looked happy and healthy in jeans and a cute yellow top.

Portwood entered rehab after trying to commit suicide last month. She is also working on anger issues.
