Pete Wentz’s wife Ashlee Simpson, 26, filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” in February 2011. Pete is asking a judge for joint physical and legal custody of two year old Bronx Mowgli in response to his estranged wife, Ashlee Simpson’s, request for primary physical custody in her divorce papers.
In a joint statement at the time they said: “After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.”
However, Pete is said to have been very upset about the breakup and it is rumored to have been Ashlee’s decision.
