Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Aunt Katie made sure to get Hope Logan’s signature on the dotted line, the Spencer’s contract was the real deal.
But, nobody ever asked Hope if she already had a contract at Forrester Creations.
It’s hard to imagine that FC doesn’t have their employees sign some sort of non-competes.
After all, those were invented to stop employees from doing exactly what Hope Logan just did.
If Hope Logan breached her contract at Forrester Creations by going to work at House Of Logan, she will have to face the repercussions.
Considering how upset Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and the gang are at FC right now, if there’s a way they can stick it to Hope then they are going to do it.

According to Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will probably task Carter Walton (Lawrence St. Victor) with looking in to the legal matter.
Usually with corporate contracts and non-competes, the person who violates them could face hefty fines or even jail time (in rare situations).
Hope’s career swap could end up costing her more than she even makes at House of Logan.
