Apparently, a lot of eagle-eyed fans have noticed that characters like Electra Forreter are wearing sunny, summertime outfits which seem to be appropriate for the season right now.
However, there are other characters that just seem to be totally out of place. Steffy Forrester is wearing a long leather trench coat while Hope Logan is in a leather jacket.
If that weren’t enough, Katie Logan is in a black pants suit while Brooke Logan is in a three-piece burgundy suit as well.
When you think about it, more than half of the cast is filmed for the winter months while Electra is the only person that is ready to hit the beach!
Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media and let’s just say that they didn’t hold back, either.
Some fans and critics of the show even wrote, “In addition to the abysmal dialogue about stealing a daughter just because someone changed a job, we have to watch them do this in incredibly hot itchy clothes when you know it’s over a hundred degrees outside.”
Another critic wrote, “Their outfits are ugly in addition to being inappropriate in summer heat. And let’s not forget the roaring fires in the fireplaces, while over 250 million Americans are facing temperatures over 100 degrees!”

And then there was this comment as well: “They filmed in California during the spring, I just think they keep the sets cool with the AC running at full blast. Probably go overboard to offset the heat from all of the lights.”
