Curtis Assaulted Isaiah In The Metro Court Gardens

Fans will recall what happened on Friday, May 15th’s episode, and what led up to Isaiah being assaulted by Curtis. Isaiah felt remorse for missing out on a babymoon because of a crucial surgery he had to perform on his young patient, Derek Hope (Anais Anozie).

When Curtis arrived at the restaurant for a work dinner, he became furious upon noticing Isaiah softly touching Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) baby bump.

Answering Curtis’ accusation that he was hiding something, Isaiah nonchalantly remarked that he couldn’t provide a paint sample from his car since it had just been fixed after an accident.

With Curtis now thoroughly convinced that Isaiah was the other driver, a fierce argument broke out, leading to Curtis punching Isaiah, which caused the doctor to crash backward into a table!

Isaiah Appeared To Be Hurt Pretty Badly

Isaiah appeared to be hurt pretty badly, because he took a hit to his midsection in the ribs and stomach area against the rim of the tabletop before it went crashing onto the floor!

His arms and hands could have been injured as well, although it happened too quickly for him to try to break his fall.

In the preview of Monday, May 18th’s episode, Portia could be seen kneeling down on the floor with Isaiah, who was writhing in pain-she had some choice words for her ex-husband!

Soon, the PCPD will arrive with new cop Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) leading the charge and bringing someone in-likely Curtis!

Isaiah Was Looking Forward To The Complicated Surgery On Derek, The Proudest Achievement Of His Career

Isaiah was looking forward to the complicated surgery on Derek; it would be the proudest achievement of his career, coming a long way since he first arrived in Port Charles.

He’d been to perform, in tandem with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) the liver transplant from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). The good doctor had lost his confidence, after events that happened over the years in Doctors Without Borders.

Will Curtis’ vendetta against Isaiah not only ruin Isaiah’s life, but little Derek’s, not to mention his own-he could go to prison for attempted murder! Or will Isaiah be able to recover in time to complete Derek’s surgery?
