Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Stefano’s Dark Secret Inheritance Haunts Marlena

Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) believes she left Stefano Dimera’s (Joe Mascolo) deep dark secrets behind her when she left the chess set at the Dimera mansion.

However, Marlena continues to be haunted by the gift. Will she retrieve it to figure out what dark secrets lie behind that gift?

Marlena Evans Changed Her Mind

Marlena was determined that she was not going to see what Stefano had left her and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) before the will reading.

However, Marlena changed her mind and ended up attending the reading after all. Marlena says she’s not interested in the meaning of Stefano’s gift, but ever time she brings it up, it is like she is going to so after it.

Everyone who hears about the gift knows it means something considering the queen and the pawn were on top of the set.

What deep dark secrets could Stefano be hiding from Marlena in that chess set? Could this be something new from John’s past, something that perhaps Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) may discover?

DOOL Fans Expected Much More

Fans certainly expected a lot more from the reading of Stefano’s will than what we got, even Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) crashing the will was very boring.

There has to be more to the story with Marlena and John’s gift than what we had seen. Eventually, Brady is supposed to learn some shocking news about his father, could the chess set be behind that?

Stefano has always played mind games with Marlena and John. The pawn and the queen may be just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Stefano’s gift.

Perhaps there is a hidden message in the chess set or even a flash drive? Perhaps a key to a safety deposit box or something of the sort, what could be hiding in that bequest that no one has discovered yet?

Is The Chess Set Something Different?

It is hard to believe that a chess set left by Stefano is just that. After all, Stefano would not give Marlena a meaningless gift after all of the time he spent trying to turn Marlena into his queen of the Knight. Could this gift have some sort of long last effect that Marlena doesn’t see at this moment?

What secrets could Stefano be hiding in this chess set that would effect Marlena or John? Is there a child out there that no one knew about until now? Perhaps Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord be tried into the connection with Marlena and John somehow that they have yet to find?
