That’s because Hope wants to use her mother, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) to oust Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) from her position as CEO at Forrester Creations.

When Brooke originally took over, B&B viewers saw how she ran the place. And everyone had reasons to either agree with how well she was CEO versus her risky decisions.

These days we see Steffy being a tyrant but without any business scenes. We see Hope whining and complaining without any actual project management scenes.

So for Hope to try and get Brooke to take over Steffy’s position again is a huge risk because no one knows how this is going to end up.

It goes without saying that the internet had a lot to say about where this storyline might possibly be headed.

Some even commented with, “If she didn’t need Brooke to save her she wouldn’t have said anything. It’s not about Brooke knowing her own worth or fighting for it at the company— it’s Hope seeing an opportunity for herself via her mother and not caring about the fallout and what it will cost, even in terms of her mother’s self worth.”
