Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Sophia Choi’s Father Cast As Stephen Oyoung Joins As Jason Choi
Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that the Choi family is about to get a little bigger now that Jason Choi (Stephen Oyoung) has been cast.
With everything going on with Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) is seems only fitting to bring her father into the story. Sophia’s father has been absent for the biggest part of her storyline so far.
Jason Choi Debuts This Week
Sophia’s father has been missing from the story ever since the Choi family came to Salem. So far we have experienced Sophia’s story through herself and her mother Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson).
However, now that Sophia is missing and presumed dead, her father has been case for storyline purposes.
Jason has supposedly been watching Sophia’s brothers as her mother run around town accusing everyone but herself of driving Sophia to the point of committing what everyone believes is suicide.
Unfortunately, no one but Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) and her goons know what really happened to the young girl.
Who Is Stephen Oyoung?
Stephen Oyoung may look familiar to some as he has built an impressive career through not only films and television, but gaming as well. Fans may instantly recognize him as “as the voice and motion-capture actor behind Martin Li, also known as Mister Negative, in Marvel’s Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2.
Besides acting, Oyoung “is also a world-class Wushu expert and highly respected fight coordinator.” Oyoung has worked with some of Hollywood’s biggest stars such as Keanu Reeves for 47 Ronin, Denzel Washington for The Equalizer, and Adam Driver for Star Wars: The Force Awakens to name a few.

Stephen has appeared in other projects that are very impressive as well. ” He has appeared in major films like Twisters, Sicario, and Olympus Has Fallen.
Television fans may also recognize him from shows like Grey’s Anatomy, NCIS, The Book of Boba Fett, SEAL Team, and For All Mankind.”
It should be very interesting to see Oyoung step in as Sophia’s father after months of dealing with Amy and her unreasonable demands on her teenage daughter.
After all, Amy put tons of pressure on her daughter once she found out that she was pregnant and instead of insisting on a paternity test, she harassed Tate Black (Leo Howard) as well.
It will be nice to have Sophia’s father’s perspective in this entire situation and to see if he can help figure out exactly what happened to his daughter.
Could Mr. Choi have some connections that may expose Sophia’s alliance with Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk)? Will Jason be the one who gets to the bottom of this in the end?
