Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Hope Rethinks Forrester Future – Deke’s Role at Logan Grows

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) was naturally thrown. Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) unexpected decision to once again shelve Hope’s line created an emotional jolt and uncertainty.

Hope for the Future has a product that’s ready to go. So, the effect of an indefinite pause could be more than annoying.

Suppose Steffy feels that Forrester Creations’ focus must center on Couture. Doing so will help Eric Forrester (John McCook) regain his mojo. Hope sensed that the combination of family emotion and Steffy’s longstanding series of grudges against her played into this outcome.

Eric Forrester’s Impulsive Actions Create Consequences

FC is in no danger of having its famous business threatened by Logan’s debut in the fashion world. Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) knows and has openly admitted that her instant success and the tremendous buzz that came with it were due to Eric’s designs.

McCook’s character was hurt and outraged when his son and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) decided that he was going to retire. Their ill-advised party led to a falling out and him seeking Katie out.

She was thrilled that one of the world’s most famous designers offered to be her mentor. His original intent was to offer suggestions about Logan’s launch. But then Eric topped himself and volunteered to have his newest designs be used as her first collection. The contract he agreed to made it legally binding.

The Forrester Family Changes Its Mind

The Forresters are a proud family. Like any, on either side of the screen, it also has natural human foibles.

The colorful history of B&B’s lead clan includes its various creative minds changing on a daytime dime. So, Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke’s belief that Eric’s health needed to be protected by sending him to pasture created his prideful reaction, which they eventually appreciated in its fullness.

Eric followed his FC payback by wanting to pull back. That happened after Ridge offered a sincere apology, and the mutually stubborn bulls made up with each other. However, that didn’t change Logan’s course of action.

Hope Logan Spencer Follows Deke Spencer To Logan?

Logically and within the flow of this storyline, Hope would follow her brother to Logan. Deke Sharpe’s (Harrison Cone) potential was seen at FC, but the Forresters didn’t believe there was a place for him, and so he wasn’t offered a contract, which led to Katie making a verbal agreement with Hope’s brother.

Deke is a new designer, and it wouldn’t be fair to ask him to head Logan’s design team. But if his sister follows, Hope could lead what would become that upstart fashion house’s next step.

Hope’s reputation would likely attract other talent to Logan and allow Katie to produce a second collection that would also generate mega buzz. Like Katie, she has no reason to be loyal to FC but can help Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) realized vision to maintain momentum.
