Days Of Our Lives’ Lorelei Olivia Mote Lands Major Movie Role

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Rachel Black might be locked up at Bayview, working on her mental health; however, her portrayer, Lorelei Olivia Mote, is a busy bee, climbing the ladder where her career is concerned. In fact, the young actress just landed a new movie role! More details are below.

Lorelei Olivia Mote’s New Flick

As per Deadline, Mote has snagged a part in a new horror film, “They Know”. Bill Hader, from Saturday Night Live fame, will be making his directorial debut. He and Linda Cardellini, who’s known for her multiple series and movie roles such as the Daddy’s Home franchise and Brokeback Mountain (just to name a few), are also starring in the film.

The movie centers around a broken family, as a divorced dad starts to believe that there is more to his ex-wife’s new romance than meets the eye. Especially when his children start to be affected by it. Mote and young actress, Lilou Lang, play Hader and Cardellini’s girls.
The movie has started production in Los Angeles, and no release date has been provided as of this writing.

Rachel Black’s World

This sounds like a great opportunity for Mote, who already knows a thing or two about being in a movie. Her credits include The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Riddle of Fire, and Daisy Jones & the Six – just to name a few. She’s also had an appearance in the dark series, American Horror Stories – so it sounds like “They Know” is right up her acting alley.

Plus, playing Rachel Black, and all the dark stuff she’s dealt with – from shooting her Uncle EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) to purposely giving Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) pistachios to trigger a fatal allergic reaction – Mote’s new film role just may be a walk in the park!

Rachel is in Bayview, desperately trying to get better to be released, so here’s hoping she follows her doctors’ orders and stays out of trouble. Still, “trouble” is all Rachel seems to know as of late, thanks to her mother, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk)!
