Jeff Kober

General Hospital spoilers reveal that it’s been a hot minute since fans have seen Cyrus Renault, although his name recently did come up when Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) confessed to killing him during an explosive confrontation with her mom, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

With that said, Jeff Kober, the actor who played the role, is a little busy lately, scoring a primetime gig. More on this story below.

Jeff Kober on 9-1-1

Kober is set to guest star on the ABC hit drama, 9-1-1. He’s appearing on this week’s show, which is titled “Mother’s Boy”. Fans can expect to see Evan ‘Buck’ Buckley (Oliver Stark) and Eddie Diaz (Ryan Guzman) hit some trouble as they are flying back to Los Angeles from their National Firefighter Games.

In fact, their flight will be cancelled; however, the two will be dead set on getting back home to celebrate Hen Wilson’s (Aisha Hinds) birthday.

As such, Eddie and Buck decide to road trip it back home, but things take a scary turn when Buck goes MIA. Kober will appear on the Thursday, March 12 episode, which airs on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.

Interestingly enough, fellow GH alum Evan Hofer (Dex Heller) recently guest-starred on 9-1-1 Nashville. If fans recall, Cyrus was the one who offed Dex, which Josslyn ended up learning about, during her own investigation.

Jeff Kober’s Resume

Kober entered the land of Port Charles in 2020 and ended up leaving in 2025, when Josslyn shot him in a major encounter.

Renault was a pivotal part of the canvas as the top villain on the show, and Kober snagged the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in 2022. He’s also had roles in a number of primetime shows, including Chicago Med, High Desert, The Pitt, Big Sky, Criminal Minds, CSI: Miami, and CSI: Los Angeles, among others.

How about Jason just taking himself and leave everyone in PC. In my opinion that would be the best solution to the problem.
