The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sally Blindsided by Billy as Spectra/Charles Truth Is Revealed
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Spectra/Charles may not be a legitimate business. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) told Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) that he filed the paperwork to merge Newman Media with Spectra/Charles.
However, he dropped the ball with Chancellor, as the paperwork is still pending. It’s not hard to assume the same thing happened to Spectra/Charles.
Sally has serious trust issues with Billy. Everytime she decides to trust him, he betrays her in one way or another. We can assume this time won’t be any different.
This time would be worse than any other betrayal, as she has big plans for her company to grow into something meaningful for her and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Did Billy File Paperwork For Spectra/Charles?
With so much going on in the Abbotts’ lives, it would be understandable if Billy forgot. Sally believes that he did the legal paperwork as she makes plans for her company to grow and make a difference.
She has no clue that Billy might not have filed the paperwork, making her company worthless. This will be a blindside that could end their relationship for good.
Audra asked Sally about the paperwork on Monday, March 9. She wondered if Billy filed the paperwork as she didn’t want any surprises.
That’s when Sally shared not only did Billy file the paperwork, but they have reunited. The news was not something Audra wanted to hear. She is tired of seeing Billy hurt Sally, as she deserves much bette yhan Billy boy.
Sally tells Audra that Billy has been good to her. He filed the paperwork for her company and is working on getting the Chancellor legal documents finailized. She added that she will have her company and he will have Chancellor.
They can have it all, without having to work together. It all sounds good, but it hinges on Billy doing the paperwork for both companies. It’s unlikely with his brother missing that he followed through with everything.
Will Sally Forgive Billy?
After Sally learns the shocking truth about Spectra/Charles, will she forgive Billy again? It’s unlikely. She probably will have a harder time rationizing his actions this time.
He promised not to fail her again. If he didn’t file the merge paperwork, it willa affect Sally’s financial livelihood, something that will be harder for her to look past.

It is time for Sally to kick Billy out of her life for good. Please let her and Audra crossover to B&B to work with Katy. That could be a great storyline.
