Young and the Restless Spoilers: Who Really Killed Heather Stevens – Three Unexpected Suspects That Will Shock Fans

The Young and The Restless: Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom)

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that while Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) believes she killed Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), fans have a sneaking suspicion that she didn’t. As she blacked out while Heather died, this leaves an opening for someone else to have done the deed.

But who would’ve had the motive to do this?

In the land of soaps, the most unexpected person is generally the murderer in a ‘Who Dun It’ storyline, so here’s a list of three suspects who might be behind Heather’s demise.

Y&R Spoilers: Unusual Suspect #1 – Heather Stevens’ Ex In Portugal

Y&R spoilers remind fans that while Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) was in Genoa City, dating Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) during his separation from Heather, she was dating someone in Portugal.

Heather’s boyfriend was never seen on canvas, only talked about. Could it be that he was mentally unstable, stalking Heather when she returned to town without her knowing, waiting for an opportunity to strike? After all, Heather ended things with him, only to reunite with Daniel!

Y&R Spoilers: Unusual Suspect #2 – Chance Chancellor

Y&R spoilers note that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) would be an “unusual suspect” since he’s such an amazing character and one of the ‘good guys’ in town.

The Young and The Restless: Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd)

Still, it is very odd that right after Heather’s death, he rushed to get reinstated on the force and was given his ex-girlfriend’s case. He was thinking about it, but things moved fast after Heather’s body was found in the river.

Conner Floyd no longer has a contract with the soap and has been dropped down to recurring status, so it wouldn’t be overly shocking if the show was looking for a storyline to write Chance out of storylines. It also would be the first time a soap swerved fans by completely switching up a character and turning a hero into a villain.

Why would Chance murder Heather, though? The show has brought up the fact that the two once dated, so could he have had feelings for Heather this entire time? Could it have been a complete accident?

This storyline has had so many twists and turns, that it might not be overly surprising that Chance being Heather’s murder is the final plot twist in this all. As Chance is a recurring character, he is expendable.

Y&R Spoilers: Unusual Suspect #3 – Aunt Jordan

Isn’t Jordan (Colleen Zenk) behind everything that’s pure evil and awful in the land of GC? She’s in a maximum-security prison right now, but fans have seen the villainess do all sorts of over-the-top things in the past when pushed into a corner.

Maybe she got help to escape from a guard to escape for a couple of hours or something of that nature. This could be the storyline that ushers her major return to the show. After all, November sweeps is only mere weeks away.

Why would Jordan kill Heather? Maybe it has nothing to do with Ms. Stevens, but everything to do with causing chaos in Sharon

Newman’s life, which would ultimately affect Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and his kids – Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) grandkids.
