General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Sonny Further Infuriates Nina By Paying Carly’s Bills?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) could further infuriate Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). In the wake of the SEC investigation into Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) Nina started, Sonny’s paying Carly’s bills!
General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer’s Accounts Are Frozen
As a part of the SEC investigation, Carly’s accounts are frozen, as are those of Aurora Media. Drew is still in Greenland trying to rescue Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) so Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) life can be saved, and Nina is just realizing the harm she’s done. Unfortunately, as she often does, Nina leaped before she looked, and now Willow may never get her bone marrow transplant and she could die, as well as Liesl.
Nina made a show of covering Carly’s bill at Kelly’s, which was for a cup of coffee and a piece of pie, Carly not realizing her personal assets were frozen. But, even though she was released after being questioned, she’s still under SEC scrutiny; Carly didn’t take Nina up on her offer, instead choosing to insult Nina.
General Hospital Updates – Sonny Corinthos Takes Care Of His Own-But She’s Not His Own!
Nina knows Sonny takes care of his own, but Carly’s not Sonny’s own anymore-she owns the house she and Sonny once lived in and where their daughter Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) lives. So when Nina finds out that Sonny is covering Carly’s household bills and taking care of her just like they were married, Nina’s offended! Carly didn’t want Nina’s charity and yet she’s accepting Sonny’s-she didn’t want any child support and yet he’s paying the bills? Nina is infuriated-and she makes no secret of it to Sonny-Sonny doesn’t like being challenged on taking care of his family, he’d told Nina he wasn’t abandoning her. Nina tried to grin and bear it when Sonny said if someone messes with one of them, they mess with all of them—“them” was the operative word in her mind.
Nina Reeves Tries To Stay Calm And Unrevealing
Nina tries to stay calm and unrevealing but it’s very difficult not to react when Sonny seems like he is catering to Carly and her family instead of to them. The last thing she needs is for Sonny to figure out that she’s the one who caused all of this and has the potential deaths of Liesl and Willow rubbed in her face. She’s very well aware if she had acted instead of reacting like she always does, she could have punished Carly and Drew after he got back.
But deep down inside, she can blame Carly all she wants for taking her two daughters away from her, but she realizes this time it’s on her. On top of everything else, Liesl was already missing when she had Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) blow the whistle-but Nina never thinks ahead!

[…] Sasha, in between the two yet on the outside looking in, is very perceptive and she can tell that Carly’s transferred her hate for Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) to Nina. And it’s not fair – Nelle did horrible things, but Nina didn’t even know she was her daughter until after she died and Carly tried to keep it from her. Carly didn’t even want Nina to give Nelle a decent burial; she couldn’t give in even that little bit and apparently thought if Nina knew, she’d blame Carly for her death. […]
[…] It looks like Dex has a decision to make. Now that Michael has decided to let go of his revenge scheme against Sonny, there are only two paths left for Dex to choose from — hit the road or commit to being in the mob. However, Joss is not willing to give up on Dex and a future with him just yet. Typical Joss, stubborn as a mule, she’s going to spin her wheels until she figures out a third option. The problem? Dex might not actually want one. He’s been feeling rather at home in Sonny’s employ for a long time now, but he hasn’t had the nerve to tell his girlfriend. Will this force him to come out with the truth? […]
