James Kennedy Baby News Gets Debate Over A Move To The Valle

Bravo fans congratulated the Vanderpump Rules alum and Jordan Meyers, but others immediately started old debates about his future on reality TV.

James Kennedy, the Vanderpump Rules alum, is not only dating again, but he and his new girlfriend are expecting a baby. And for some reason, that triggered a lot of people. Not because they don’t like James, but because some of them feel that having a baby should give him instant access to being on The Valley.

A row erupted because you don’t need a baby to be on the spinoff. And really? Last time we looked, he wasn’t really all that friendly with any of those cast members.

New Baby, New Love

Jordan Meyers and James Kennedy hooked up at a gig last year, per Reality Tea. They spent eight months together, and now a baby has been announced.

Thousands of Bravo fans rushed to discuss his personality, failings, and past history.

Naturally, the old quip, “Has anyone checked on Scheana?” arrived right near the top.

The Long  Memories of Bravo Fans

Of course,  the armchair court of public opinion turned out. Naturally, they talked about his ex-fiancée, Ally Lewber, and the arrest following an alleged domestic incident. No charges were filed.

But Vanderpump Rules fans have long memories. You can’t announce a baby, it seems, without finding tons of anger management comments, advice on getting help, and lectures about sobriety.

Nevertheless, it seems that James Kennedy has been walking a narrow path and celebrating some personal victories against the hard stuff.

The Old Girls Club

Kristen Doute entered the conversation on Instagram, not in person, but as another chalked-up relationship that failed. So did Lala Kent and Raquel (Rachel) Leviss.

But one absent name from the discussion was Lisa Vanderpump, who spent years as a sort of surrogate mom and stern aunty to the troubled DJ.

One follower told James, “Ok please be on the valley now.” Many longtime Bravo fans pushed back against the idea of James, Jordan Meyers, and any future baby joining the toxic world of The Valley

Arguments Arrived

Others predicted The Valley wouldn’t get another season. They sounded prayerful. Meanwhile, the OG fans dreamed of seeing James Kennedy and Lala Kent singing together. And there’s something to be said for being an OG of VPR.

The OG  fans have survived every cast shakeup, scandal, and spinoff. Old friends on TV need protecting from those who took their lives to spinoffs.

One thing that did emerge among all the chatter is that James Kennedy was an awesome doggie dad. So, based on that, probably he deserves to be happy with Jordan.

James Has A Chance At Peace

Maybe a baby girl is exactly what he needs to invest time in something worthwhile. Something lasting. And something that doesn’t involve the complications of rival cast members and broken hearts.

Your thoughts? Are you happy that for now, it seems that James is sticking to the straight and narrow? Seems genuinely in love, and can’t wait to be a dad, sans The Valley? Shout out in the comments below, and come back here often for all your reality TV news and updates.
