General Hospital Spoilers: NuScout Is A Very Bad Girl With Kayden Brenna Tokarski In The Role?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Kayden Brenna Tokarski debuts as an aged Scout Cain this month.
The young actress first appears in July and by all indications, Scout’s next storyline is a barn burner! Let’s take a look at what fans can expect with the SORAS’d character.
Scout Has Been Aged
GH Head Writers Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte talked to SOD about the new Scout storyline: “A more mature Scout will hit the canvas bearing her mother’s grit, her father’s cunning, and a mind all her own.”
In other words, Korte and Van Etten indicate that Kayden Brenna Tokarski’s version of Scout will be devilish and charming, characteristics she inherited from mom Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and dad Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Scout Brings the Fire
It sounds like the aged Scout has veered off her angelic path and onto more dangerous ground.
This is understandable considering that her mom is dead and her dad has locked-in syndrome. Basically, Scout has been passed around among relatives and her family is full of their own drama.
Van Etten and Korte tease that Scout wants to “balance her love for Drew with her love for the Davises, but especially her love for her cherished big brother, Danny.”
That is a tall order for anyone, but especially a teen with an unstable living situation.
Danny & Scout Are Siblings
Drew’s recovery will come into play, and along with it his animosity for Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn). It’s understandable that Scout wants to keep her family intact but Drew has his own warped ideas of loyalty.
Can Scout Handle it All?
Korte and Van Etten noted that Scout also has ties to the Quartermaines and Cassadines and as such is “in the middle of a war drawing in characters of all ages from across the canvas.”
Red hot summer previews hint that Scout finds time to be there for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) in his time of need, so we suspect this girl has energy to burn!
Apparently, as Rocco and Danny’s war escalates Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) side with Danny and Scout sides with Rocco.
This is interesting because if so it looks like the show may tick off fans even more with a second pseudo-sibling romance—what do you think about this?
