General Hospital Spoilers: Joe’s Search for the Truth Could Blow Up Justine’s Case Against Willow
General Hospital spoilers and updates question, will “By The Books Joe Fitzgerald” (Jonathan Bennett) be the one to ruin Justine Turner’s (Nazneen Contractor) case against Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen)?
Even though Fitzgerald was the one who went to the Cain house in the first place, and surreptitiously questioned Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) with leading questions, he may be suspicious.
It All Started With Brook Lynn Quartermaine And Lucy Coe Rigging “Evidence”
This all started, of course, with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) coming in and giving false tips, and Joe was the one who took her report-she and Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) conspired.
Brook Lynn had likely paid Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to hack into Willow’s GPS and change the information where it would show her on Route 91 at the appropriate time.
This is the trip log that Justine received after the GPS in Willow’s car was scanned, and Willow was shocked at what they found.
Willow did come into the PCPD just to clear up what she believed was a misunderstanding regarding her leaving the scene of Curtis and Jordan Ashford’s (Donnell Turner, Tanisha Harper) accident.
In A Recent Preview, Justine Followed Up With Joe
In the most recent ABC Sneak Peek, Justine followed up with Joe, telling him they may have just found the other driver in the Ashford accident.
Joe asked Justine if the congresswoman confessed, and she said no-she declined to answer questions without a lawyer.
Joe said “since she didn’t actually confess, we’re probably not going to get a criminal conviction out of her; are you sure it’s worth our time and resources?”
Justine answered, for once, I want Willow Cain to be held accountable for her actions, even if it only means an acknowledgment that she left the scene.
And-it seems she did. Her vehicle trip log puts her on Route 91 at around the same time as Jordan that night.”
Joe Seemed Confused At Justine’s Attitude And Answers
Joe then told Justine, “I gotta say-she seemed genuinely surprised by that, to which she replied, “ Yeah, she was surprised she got caught”.
And then she changed the subject and updated him on Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) arrest in the British Virgin Islands; Joe looked confused.
But what exactly left Joe confused-Britt’s arrest, or Justine’s attitude against Willow?
Joe is a by the books cop who Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) had to talk into taking the job, as he’d seen inconsistencies that made him think he wasn’t a good fit!
No one would be surprised if Joe is the one who investigates the evidence, and ruins Justine’s case against Willow-and exposes her GPS was hacked, and Lucy’s fake tip!
