Melinda Trask Has A Soft Spot For Sophia Choi

Melinda has a soft spot for Sophia and has for some time. Sophia reminds Melinda of herself when she was a young, pregnant girl with no support.

Melinda has tried her best to help Sophia because of this. Melinda even found a lawyer to help fake adoption papers to keep the identity of Sophia’s child a secret.

However, Sophia turned on Melinda and blackmailed her into attempting to sabotage Johnny Dimera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree Dimera’s (Raven Bowens) adoption of Sophia’s child after she dropped him off at a fire house safe box. Melinda was very upset with Sophia at the time.

Kristen Dimera Is Out To Get Sophia Choi

Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) blackmailed Sophia into trying to get rid of Johnny before she chose to whack Sophia over the head with a rock and throw her in the river.

Kristen had already talked Sophia into writing a suicide note before all of this went down so everything believed Sophia jumped in the river.

Supposed Sophia actually survived that hit in the head and turned to Melinda for help. Melinda couldn’t risk Sophia telling anyone their secrets.

However, Melinda also lost a daughter and couldn’t just leave Sophia to survive on her own. Could Melinda have brought Sophia home and possibly be nursing her back to health?

Kristen Dimera Killed Melinda Trask’s Daughter

Kristen pushed Melinda’s daughter down a flight of stairs years ago and even though it was an accident, she never got over that. If Sophia managed to tell Melinda what happened to her, this could definitely be Melinda’s revenge against Kristen.

Why not nurse Sophia back to health and make sure that Kristen has to legally pay for her crimes?

Is Melinda going to reveal that Sophia survived and that she has kept her safe all of this time? Will Sophia reveal everything that Kristen promised her before she had her thrown in the water with the hopes that she would drown?
