Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: EJ And Gabi’s Shocking Alliance Targets Kristen And Xander
Days of Our Lives spoilers imply that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and may team up to leverage Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) affair.
The two witnessed Kristen slip Xander her Salem Inn room key this past week, and it sounds like they use this secret romance to their advantage.
The Motive
Days of Our Lives spoilers note that EJ was quick to tell Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) what he saw, and Gwen instantly ran up to Kristen’s hotel room to confront the twosome; however, Kristen and Xander were both quick on their feet.
The duo told dear Gwendlyn that they weren’t sleeping together; they were merely having a business meeting. Gwen was embarrassed by her reaction and apologized. Still, during the Wednesday, June 10 episode, Gwen started having doubts.
Regardless, Gwen will likely run to EJ and tell him nothing was going on between Kristen and EJ, and EJ might relay the laughable story to Gabi.
As Xander is currently blackmailing Gabi for money to save Titan, she may not only be upset about him lying to Gwen, but she could also come up with an idea to catch him and Kristen in the act, so she could reverse the blackmail.
There’s also the idea that EJ decides to “catch the two” so he can somehow present himself as an ally to Gwen, so that she’ll back off on buying the hospital … or maybe partner up with him instead of edge him out.
Either way, EJ may turn to Gabi for help to expose Xander and Gwen. But as both Kristen and Xander are single, why would they care if they got caught?
Xander doesn’t want to appear awful in Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) eyes, and Gwen is the only other friend Kristen has in Salem, other than Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers).
The Proof Is In The Pudding
Getting sustainable proof that Xander and Kristen are having an affair may be easy.
Especially with the money, power, and resources that EJ has! He could hire a PI … or even task the assignment to his trusted assistant, Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney)!
Maybe EJ and Gabi partner up if he promises a hefty settlement for Gabi’s DiMera inheritance share.
After all, scheming together is far cheaper than going to court, right?
