The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Billy’s Surprise Baby Shocks Katie & Johnny – Sally’s Role Changes Forever

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) and Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) will have to deal with some major changes in their dad’s life.

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is having a baby with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and plans on marrying her as well, so a double shocker is coming up for Katie and Johnny on Y&R.

At some point, Billy will have to find the right time to break the engagement news and fill the kids in on Sally’s bun in the oven. Katie and Johnny could easily pop back up on-screen once Billy’s confession is imminent.

How will Johnny and Katie feel about having a little brother or sister on the way? Will Katie and Johnny’s reaction be positive or negative?

Katie wasn’t exactly thrilled over Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) joining the family on Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) side, but she eventually came around and formed a bond with her.

Katie may be a bit jealous over a new baby that’ll inevitably steal more of Billy’s attention, but Billy may reassure her that she’ll always be important to him.

As for Johnny, it seems like he’s learned to roll with whatever wild developments happen in Genoa City. Johnny is a pretty chill teen and may be fine with Billy’s unexpected baby, even if he’s not exactly jumping for joy either.

That said, it’s bound to be somewhat overwhelming for Johnny and Katie to learn about the baby AND the engagement. Billy might break things up and make separate announcements, but Katie and Johnny will still have a lot of changes to deal with.

Johnny and Katie will have to face the fact that if this wedding moves forward, Sally will become their new stepmom. Will Katie and Johnny have a problem with that or give Billy their full support?

Even if Johnny and Katie aren’t thrilled about any of this right off the bat, they love their father and want him to be happy. Billy may promise that Sally indeed makes him happy and that this baby will only add to their family’s bliss.
