General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy Reacts to Michael’s Scheme – Praise or Payback Ahead?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will have to decide how she feels about a tricky situation. Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is ready to launch a scheme that’ll affect Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) deeply, so Tracy may find herself a bit torn.

GH fans know Michael came up with a plan that involves pushing Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to cheat. Michael can’t force Chase into an affair with Willow, but there are things he can do to nudge one along.

If Michael’s plot pays off, Willow could face a major public downfall. Michael could get his advantage back when it comes to custody of the kids while Congresswoman Cain ends up stripped of her newfound power.

However, Chase could also break the marriage vows he made to Brook Lynn, which would crush her. Of course, Michael feels like if Chase cheats, then he’ll essentially be doing Brook Lynn a favor by opening her eyes to who Chase is as a person.

Will Tracy feel the same way if Michael’s scheme leads to Chase betraying Brook Lynn? Tracy has already had some concerns of her own over Chase’s unhealthy attachment to Willow, so part of her may approve of Michael’s plan.

Michael is acting like a true Quartermaine, so Tracy might applaud that on some level and feel like he simply proved Chase is a weak man who’s obsessed with his ex. Tracy might defend Michael and urge Brook Lynn to see Chase as the true villain here.

On the other hand, Tracy may think Michael took things too far by plotting against his own cousin. There’s also the matter of Baby Phoebe’s potential adoption, which Michael could play a role in ruining once this cheating scandal erupts.

That could certainly make a difference in how Tracy views the situation, so maybe she’ll be furious with Michael instead. Tracy might even be angry enough to evict Michael from the Quartermaine mansion right along with Chase if Brook Lynn divorces him.
