In the General Hospital weekly preview, there’s a moment where Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is seen examining some passports, with two bags ready at her front door.
Lulu Tells Dante She’s Ready To Go On The Run With Rocco, He’s Against It
She informs Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that she’s getting ready to ensure that she and Rocco can escape the town if necessary.
Dante quickly responds that he intends to prevent her from doing so at any cost. It seems these two are headed for yet another explosive confrontation.
The following scene features Rocco in his living room, gazing at his passport. All signs indicate a potential twist in this storyline, so could the teenager contemplate going on the run … by himself?
Rocco’s Been Struggling Emotionally And Mentally For Several Weeks Now
Rocco has been struggling emotionally and mentally for several weeks now. The young man is deeply traumatized not only by what he saw on the pier and the fury of Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but also by the near-fatal incident involving the WSB Director.
He harbors a profound fear of Cullum and the potential harm he could inflict on him, as well as the danger he poses to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) if the truth were to surface.
Moreover, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) taking the blame for Rocco has intensified the boy’s feelings of guilt, particularly since Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), has effectively been left without parents following Jason’s “shooting confession.” To make matters worse, Rocco is aware that his parents have been arguing over how to deal with this crisis, and he feels terrible for being a significant source of their anxiety.
Is Rocco Ready To Run, All By Himself?
With his passport ready, could Rocco conclude that the best option is to leave Port Charles for good? The teenager is not thinking clearly as it is, and with Lulu suggesting they might need to leave town, Rocco may believe it’s best to spare his parents further pain by departing on his own.
Naturally, this is the last thing Lulu and Dante would desire.
