Days Of Our Lives Susan Seaforth Hayes Shares Nostalgic Night At The Theatre

Days of Our Lives spoilers note that Julie Williams continues to keep herself busy in Salem, as she not only runs the local bookstore, but is also someone whom family and friends turn to when they need advice or a shoulder to lean on.

The character’s portrayer, Susan Seaforth Hayes, is also always on the go, recently sharing a wonderful – and nostalgic – night she had at the theatre.

All For The ‘Gram!

Susan recently enjoyed a night at the theatre and posted about it on her Instagram handle. She uploaded a photo of herself in front of a stage, with a playbook titled “Amadeus” in her hand. Her caption read, “Spent an evening at the Pasadena Playhouse, where I performed many times as a 9-year-old child.”

She added, “Saw the marvelous production of Amadeus, a story of Mozart. My Billy performed the role of Salieri years ago, so I knew the play well.”

Susan went on to note in her caption, “The surprise was finding a group picture of Playhouse Acting Graduates that included Frances Reid, my beloved grandmother on DAYS!”

The soap actress wrapped up with, “An experience of great theatre, perfect music, and much joy.”

Oh, The Memories!

From the sounds of it, the Pasadena Playhouse has a lot of wonderful memories for Susan, from acting as a child, to watching her husband, Bill Hayes (Doug Williams), there, as well as seeing photos of her onscreen Days of Our Lives’ grandmother, Frances Reid (Alice Horton), perform!

The comments section of the post was filled with nice messages from fans, including one from the Days IG handle, which was three heart emojis.

Right now, Julie is trying her best to navigate forward with life, in light of her husband’s passing, Doug, who was played by Susan’s real-life hubby, Bill. She’s created a support group for grieving widows at her book club, where she, along with Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), participates. What’s next for Julie in the land of Salem? Only time will tell!
