Autopsy confirms 5-week-old baby had skull fractures and broken back. Parents not yet charged.
90 Day Fiancé fans heard about the death of Leida Margaretha and her husband Eric Rosenbrook’s baby back in July last year. Well, a recent autopsy report emerged, and sadly, it doesn’t seem as if 5-week-old Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook died by accident.
The Autopsy Update
The new update about the baby’s death arrived via Starcasm on March 5. Naturally, it also found its way to social media, where it ended up shared by @90dayfianceupdate on Instagram. Many people were able to react to the report, and you can see some of those further down in this article.
First, let’s first examine the findings. According to the outlet, a report was filed by the Adams County Health and Human Services Department. It came after a medical examiner completed the autopsy.
It doesn’t make for good reading, because the 90 Day Fiancé parents seem not cleared of some sort of abusive behavior. However, it should be noted that at this time, neither Eric Rosenbrook or Leida Margaretha were charged with a crime.
Findings Of Abuse
Per the report and cited evidence:
- The Medical Examiner’s Office determined the death was non-accidental.
- [There’s] evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse.
- [Baby] had skull fractures and a broken back.
Notably, it seems that the investigation still continues, but criminal charges might be pending. Actually, prior to the results, many 90 Day Fiancé fans already assumed the findings would discover abuse. After all, Leida has a rep for temper and a criminal history in the USA.
