The Young And The Restless Weekly Spoilers: Victor Vs. Jack Reaches New Heights, Nick’s Bold Move

The Young and the Restless weekly spoilers for January 12-16, 2026, tease the rivalry between Victor and Jack racing to a fever pitch, while Nick finally takes matters into his own hands.

Old Rivalries Die Hard

The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) had been enemies for decades, but eventually became frenemies for a few years — until 2024.

That’s when Jack took it upon himself to stage a one-man intervention when Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) had fallen off the wagon. Both Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Victor were furious with Jack, but it’s Victor who escalated things to another war.

Both Nikki and Diane are sick of their men fighting with one another, when there never seems to be any sort of resolution. This coming week, Victor double-crosses Jack, as he is apt to do.

Diane gives her husband an ultimatum, whole Nikki argues with her husband about his need for petty revenge. Will either woman win this argument of will this blind hatred between Jack and Victor destroy their respective marriages?

Later in the week, Diane tries to pump Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) for more information about Victor.

What Is Nick Up To?

While his father plays out his age-old war with Jack, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) takes matters into his own hands when it comes to Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and makes a very bold move. Nick chooses to keep this move from Sharon Collins (Sharon Case). At least Sharon is busy with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) this week when she gives her daughter-in-law some advice.

Nick will eventually turn to Jack for help, not knowing that Victor will take much of Jack’s attention this week. As for Noah Newman (Joshua Morrow), he makes a shocking discovery about Matt that can change everything.

Other Genoa City Happenings

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) race to do some corporate damage control. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will force Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to come clean, just as Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) defends her actions. Phyllis is always making a mess for everyone and this time is no exception.
