Are Taylor and Deacon Out of Line?

First of all, both Deacon and Taylor are emotionally vulnerable right now–that’s the reason he began seeing Taylor in the first place. Deacon sought help after learning that his wife Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) lied to him about Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) death.

Deacon was gobsmacked to learn that Sheila broke his trust so easily. But in the end it could be dangerous Sheila who teaches Daylor a lesson.

Deacon Doesn’t Trust Sheila

Daylor are also guilty of interacting in an inappropriate manner during their therapy sessions. This includes touching each other and talking about their mutual admiration for each other.

A therapist and patient shouldn’t be holding hands the way Daylor have–Taylor definitely knows better and should be more professional.

In fact, during the January 8 episode, Steffy took her mom to task after she overheard an intimate convo between Taylor and Deacon.

Another sign that Daylor are crossing lines is the way they approach what should be a cut and dry therapeutic situation. Deacon admitted to Taylor that he looks forward to spending time with her, and this is not exactly realistic.

In general, going to therapy is one step up from visiting the dentist.

When Deacon said he looks forward to seeing Taylor he doesn’t mean as a professional helper, he means as a friend. It won’t take long for his affection to be noticed by a third party.

Complicating matters, Deacon admitted to his son Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) that he is attracted to Taylor.
