The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers suggest that Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) wedding present could be a blessing for both her and Eric Forrester (John McCook).
Will Eric go to work with Katie where he knows he will be respected and can design without someone pushing him to retire. Katie is annoyed with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Will Katie give Eric the support he needs?
Ridge Forrester Offers Too Little Too Late
Eric Forrester was blindsided to walk into Forrester Creations only to find a retirement party set up for his retirement, something he had not agreed to.
Unfortunately, Ridge was determined to push his father out the door and make things easier on him. Eric did not need this stress and Ridge wanted him to ride off into the sunset with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis).
This is not the first time Ridge has pulled this and it gets on Eric’s nerves. Eric made it plain after his last collection that he was not ready to retire. Yes, Eric called his collection his last one, but Eric came out of this just wanting to design more. Eric has never wanted to just take off and travel the world. Eric isn’t ready for that yet.
Donna Logan Pleaded Eric Forrester’s Case
When Eric walked out of his party, the rest of the family chose to argue over what was best for him. Donna was furious telling them just how hurt Eric was by this move.
Donna must have gotten through to them because Ridge decided to talk to Eric when he showed up at the office. Ridge even offered to finish the collection with Eric. Eric brushed Ridge off and refused to work with him.
Eric has no idea that a new opportunity could be right around the corner. Katie has just agreed to marry Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Bill is about to give Katie her own fashion house for a wedding present.
Katie doesn’t design so she is going to need a group of designers to get her fashion house up and growing. Eric could be just the person Katie needs.
Eric Forrester Joins Katie Logan
Eric feels that he has been written off by his family and that Ridge is trying to erase him from Forrester Creations. It seems that Eric could take a few more designers with him as well.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is coming back and that is going to leave Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) and Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) without a job, will they join Eric?
Eric wants to teach other designers how to work and become better at their craft. Will Zende and Deke go with Eric and switch to a company where they can actually work? who else might walk away from Forrester and jump ship to the Spencer fashion company? Keep watching to see where this goes.
