The Young And The Restless Star Lucas Adams & Wife Expecting Their First Child

The Young and the Restless spoilers note that Noah Newman is currently having a hard go, recovering from a near-fatal car crash; however, his portrayer, Lucas Adams, just announced some exciting news! It turns out that he and his wife, Shelby Wulfert, are expecting their first child. More details on this sweet story, below.

People broke the pregnancy news and is reporting that the happy couple has decided to keep the sex of their baby hush-hush.

Still, everyone will soon find out if the bundle of joy is a boy or a girl, as the baby is expected to arrive sometime in February 2026. In 2015, Lucas and Shelby met on the set of Disney Channel’s Liv & Maddie and ended up marrying in October 2022 in a small ceremony held at Waxahachie, Texas’ Chateau Hiddenwood estate.

Adams played Dr. Tripp Johnson on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) from 2017 to 2024. During this time with the Peacock soap, he scored two Daytime Emmy nominations, back-to-back from 2018-2019, in the Outstanding Younger Actor category.

More recently, Adams debuted on The Young and the Restless this past November 4, recast in the legacy role of Noah Newman, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), and Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) son. He also happens to be the infamous Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) grandson.

Noah’s car accident in Los Angeles catapulted a mysterious storyline, and fans were shocked to learn that Sienna Bacall, played by Adams’ former DOOL onscreen Tamara Braun (ex-Ava Vitali), is having an affair.

Not only is Sienna married, but her husband also happens to be “Mitch Bacall”, a.k.a. Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), Nick and Sharon’s long-time nemesis, who was thought to be dead. Noah is still in the hospital from his car crash, so he’ll likely head to Genoa City sometime soon, where the drama around this situation is sure to escalate.
