The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Mitch Bacall AKA Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) could be arrested soon but that won’t stop the nightmare the Newman family is facing.
Matt may spend some time in jail, but it won’t be for long. He surely will pop up in Genoa City, ready to continue his vendetta against Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Sharon and Nick are ready to put Matt’s drama behind them. They are understandably tired of Matt faking his death and popping up again. Nick would prefer Matt to be six feet under to ensure he won’t return, but Sharon might accept a prison sentence, even if it is for his drug operation.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) and Detective Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) are planning on busting Matt for his fentanyl operation. Nick and Sharon could consider his arrest over his large fentanyl drug operation a win. However, unless Nick sees Matt die with his own eyes, it is doubtful he will be able to accept the threat is over.
The good news is that Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will likely be saved unharmed. Sienna and Noah will join Nick and Sharon in LA, rejoicing that they can put the “Mitch” drama behind them.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Matt will eventually show up in Genoa City.
There are a few possible scenarios that could make that happen. “Mitch” could escape prison, fleeing to Genoa City to finish his revenge plot. Nothing will stop him from making Sharon and Nick pay.
Another possible scenario is that he could beat the drug charges. It could be by paying a judge off or on a technicality. However, he works his magic, Matt would be free to concentrate on
