The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) have gotten pretty close lately. Cane has done exactly what he vowed he would not do and jumped into bed with Phyllis. Unfortunately, Phyllis could be about to learn that Cane has been playing her all along.
Phyllis Summers Believes Cane Ashby Is Caught
Phyllis believes she finally has her claws in Cane Ashby and that he really cares for her. Cane and Phyllis have been spending a great deal of time together lately and have been hitting the sheets often. Phyllis is very happy with this arrangement and is falling for Cane. Phyllis was even decent with the newlyweds that she has always been against.
Phyllis is missing some pretty big hints that Cane is playing her and she is about to get hurt in the end. Cane is far from stupid and he knows Phyllis is the one who stole his AI program for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Cane is setting Phyllis up for a huge fall and it is going to hurt. After all, Victor is using it against him and that is all Phyllis’ fault.
Cane Ashby’s Huge Hints
Cane told Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) that he is working an angle against Phyllis. Fans have known that Cane believed Phyllis stole the AI program from day one and even tried to check her computer to find that information. Phyllis later rattled off her password before saying it would be changed before he had a chance to use it. However, sleeping with Phyllis and then going straight for her computer is like a big red truck coming at her.
Cane wants payback and Phyllis keep blaming Victor. Cane knows that Victor could not have stolen the program on his own. Cane is going to walk to make Phyllis pay for stealing from him and selling the program to Victor. Cane is stringing Phyllis along until he can get payback and she should see that. Cane know what Phyllis has done and he is going to want her to pay.
Cane Ashby Wants To Be With Lily Winters
Cane has said from the start that he wanted to be with Lily. Can wants to fix things with his kids and put her family back together. Can has no obligation to be honest with Phyllis if she isn’t going to be truthful. Cane is just biding his time until he can make Phyllis pay. Cane needs to save his own company before that.
If Cane gets the truth and Phyllis gives him back the AI program he can tell Lily that he got it back or even give it to her to destroy. Cane may drop Phyllis like a hot potato and lay it all on the line to get Lily back. Will Cane break Phyllis’ heart to fix things with Lily? Will Phyllis turn on Cane and follow him like someone obsessed before giving up on him and moving on?
