The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that this might be going a tad too far. It seems like a lot of viewers are against seeing Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) officiate the marriage of her parents, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).
Fans Are Against Beth Officiating Her Parents’ Wedding
As eager as the little girl is to be a part of her parents’ big day, it seems like it’s a little bit of a stretch.
Yes, the little girl is cute, but at the same time, she seems to be a little overly eager when it comes to her parents and their reunion so much so that viewers are completely over it.
Of course, the internet had a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some even commented with, “First of all, I find the way soaps write some children’s characters to be unrealistic and annoying.”
“Absolutely children need to have a voice and feel a level of comfort and safety to express themselves; the way the parents are written allows for way too much indulgence of the child with no appropriate boundaries.”
What’s Next For Beth?
Another critic wrote, “I hate when they have the children, not just involved, but controlling the parents’ decisions. And the overly cutesy kids are annoying. I wish they would write to the kids and parents more realistically.”
And then there was this comment as well: “But if Beth is the officiant then the marriage really isn’t legal. They can cheat and move on whenever they want. AND they can blame it on Beth! This could be the birth of a new villain with the trauma from setting her parents up to fail.”
