The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers hint that Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will start to butt heads again over Eric’s involvement at Forrester Creations.
Ridge believes that Eric needs to travel and enjoy his life instead of spending time at Forrester. Eric makes it plain that Ridge is not in his shoes. Will Eric reignite a fashion war with Ridge?
Ridge Forrester Wants To Control Forrester
Ridge has been the co-CEO of Forrester Creations for years. However, Eric has always stayed involved with the company.
A few years ago, Eric decided he wanted to make one more collection before he retired. This led to a contest between Ridge and Eric to see who had the best Couture collection.
No one knew it at the time, but Eric believed he was dying. Eric had kept this secret from everyone except Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman). When the truth came out it was almost too late to save Eric. However, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) managed to save his life.
Ridge Forrester Was Ready To Let Eric Forrester Die
When Eric collapsed, Ridge was going to allow him to die because it was what he thought Eric wanted. However, the family argued Ridge into allowing Finn to attempt to save him. Eric recovered quicker than anyone thought he would. Eric and Ridge seemed to come to an understanding afterward.
Suddenly, Ridge is telling Eric that he needs to get out and enjoy himself but Eric is not interested. Eric wants to be a part of the company that he and his late wife built from scratch.
Eric is not ready to completely walk away from Forrester and Ridge should understand that. Instead, Ridge still wants to tell Eric what to do.
Eric Forrester May Want To Design More
Now that Hope for the Future is back and they have a designer for it, Eric may want to design some more things himself.
After all, Eric had all kinds of ideas that last time. Does Eric want to design another line or perhaps mentor other designers while he has the time? Is Ridge going to try to push Eric out of the company?
If Ridge keeps pushing Eric to do other things, Eric may pull rank again like he did the last time. Will Eric start another fashion war with Ridge himself just to get him to back off? What will happen with the father and son if Ridge tries to pull this again? Is Eric about to put Ridge in his place once and for all?
