Marlena Evans’ Diagnosis

Let’s start off with Marlena, who was taken to the hospital after a medical incident at the Dr. Tom Horton (Macdonald Carey) Free Clinic gala. Then, Sarah and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) were notified that the cardiologist had an update about Marlena’s case. 

Then, in Monday’s episode, it is stated that Sarah has a breakthrough. It sounds like we are getting closer to finding out the medical reason for Marlena’s symptoms. However, I am worried about the mention of a cardiologist as it indicates it might be Doc’s heart.

The Bold and the Beautiful had a Broken Heart Syndrome storyline several months ago. Could that end up being Marlena’s diagnosis? It makes sense since John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) death is when Marlena’s symptoms seem to have begun.

Rachel Black Attacks

Over at Brady’s Pub, there is an incident with Rachel. The little girl loved Sarah when the doctor was just friends with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Since Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) signs the divorce papers this week, Brady and Sarah likely take their friendship to a romance.

However, Rachel always has an issue with her father’s romantic partners. Rachel got rid of Chloe Lane (last played by Nadia Bjorlin) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). 

Rachel gives Sarah a treat from the pub, only for her to have a severe allergic reaction. When Sarah suddenly can’t breathe, Brady demands his daughter admit what she did!

Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s Mysterious Experiment

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that another must-see moment centers on Dr. Rolf’s mysterious experiment.

EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) told Mark that the experiments had to do with Versavix, the drug that gave Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) his life back. However, EJ said the drug had other uses. So, what is Mark getting himself involved in?
