Ridge Protests Over Deacon

Taylor was recently dumped by serial dater Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Adding insult to injury, he cut her loose for her arch enemy, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). She is on the rebound and a little romance is just the thing she needs to get over The Dressmaker.

She is a humanitarian and world-renowned psychiatrist so her healing balm right now is her work. And, her work includes Deacon. After Deacon (Sean Kanan) found out that his wife Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) deceived him, he’s been needing a massive dose of therapy.

They are bonding over shared heartache, and this is 100% against her licensing vow to not get personal with patients. But it’s a soap …

Once Sheila found out about the situation she read Taylor the riot act. Rightfully so. We can assume that Sheila will brood and stew over her man turning to Taylor for help, but there is another wild card in the mix, and that is Ridge.

Even though he now has Brooke, he has always resented other men dating Taylor.

Ridge Is Thrilled With Brooke

Fans are heating up socials with speculation about how Ridge reacts to Taycon. And Kanan is chiming in!

He posted a clue on X that seems to foreshadow the two alpha males going at it in the near future.

He responded to a post from a fan wanting Deacon to stick it to Ridge by writing: “It ain’t gonna be boring.”

Deacon and Ridge have tangled in the past over Brooke. Now we predict that the men will circle each other over Taylor.

Will Ridge Try to Protect Taylor?

And this looks to be a deliciously messy situation going forward. We doubt that Brooke will like her hubby defending Taylor from Deacon. Brooke respects Deacon as her baby daddy and any attempt by Ridge to protect Taylor will incense Brooke.
